The 28th International Symposium on Separation Sciences (ISSS 2024) will be held in Messina, Italy, on September 22-25, 2024. This event will continue the successful series of conferences established in 1990 and, since 2002, organized as annual international meetings in Central European Countries.
ISSS2024 is organized under the auspicious of the Central European Group for Separation Sciences (CEGSS), the University of Messina, the Italian National Research Council (CNR), and the Italian Chemical Society (SCI). The Symposium traditionally offers a platform for the discussion of new developments in all field of separation sciences, including relevant aspects of sample preparation and the hyphenation of chromatographic and electrophoretic techniques to other separation methods or spectroscopic techniques. At the same time, it provides a forum for the discussion of advanced and challenging applications in scientific and industrial areas.
The scientific program of ISSS2024 will cover practical and fundamental aspects of separation techniques and their wide application areas. It will comprise invited lectures by distinguished scientists from inside and outside Europe, oral communications, and poster presentations. Flash podium presentations by young scientists and an instrument exhibition displaying the latest instrumental innovations will be included too.
